911 design FPM

Chassis and Bodywork:
- Begin with Porsche™ 996 Twin Turbo, GT2, GT3 or GT3 race car (Cup, R, RS or RSR)
- Car is then completely disassembled to bare body (shell). All paint, undercoating and fillers are then removed using a special 911 design process to take the shell to bare metal. Unlike sand blasting or acid baths which can deform the metal panels or change the molecular make up, this process does not harm the metal in any way and leaves no residue. The chassis is then carefully inspected for any stress cracks or damage and properly repaired if needed. All special brackets, reinforcements and modifications that are needed are completed at this point. After the new body parts are pre-fitted to the chassis, it is again disassembled and the shell is sent out to be 100% powder coated for superior longevity in any choice of color.
- Welded-in 8 point roll cage, through the bulkhead front bracing. Complete bracing from shock tower to shock tower. Racecars with factory Porsche™ roll cages are updated to 911 designs specifications for extra stiffness.
- All Carbon-Kevlar body; one piece front end with extensive separate splitter/under-tray, separate hood, doors w/window frame, roof, turbo intakes, large rear fender flares, rocker panels, long tail spoiler, rear deck lid, rear 82” upper wing, and complete under-floor with rear diffuser
- Lightweight carbon fiber dash
- Roof scoop to optimize air flow to the inner cooler
- Inner cooler located in the rear package tray to allow for better weight distribution while providing very low charge air inlet temperatures
- Aerodynamically optimized front end and rear wing section
- 27 Gallon (100 Liter) fuel cell with double dry brake fuel filler
- Air-jack system with two cylinders in the rear of the car and one in the front
- Custom molded 911 design door windows, side windows and rear windows made of Lexan™ MR10
- One driver side RECARO™ race seat, HANS™ type six point seat belt, quick release steering wheel
- SPA fire system
- Color choice: Free

Power Train:
- Holinger six speed sequential shift gearbox
- Flat shifting (No need to lift the throttle)
- Guard GT Chrome molly limited slip differential
- 911 design 300M proprietary axles
- Single-mass aluminum Aasco flywheel
- Tilton™/Aasco triple disk racing clutch

Engine:
- Six cylinder water cooled 3.600cc Porsche™ engine based on 911 design/Porsche Motorsports™ parts
- Bi-turbo using Garret ball bearing water cooled turbochargers
- 911 design hi flow custom intercooler

- Handmade 321 stainless steel headers
- 911 design custom individual throttle body fuel injection
- 860 whp(2) at the rear wheels at 7800 RPM at 1.35 bar of boost
(measured on 911 design in house Dynapack chassis dyno)
- 630 pounds of torque(3) at 7200 RPM
- Engine redline 8100 RPM
- 65 to 70 hours between overhauls

Suspension:
- ERP optimized JRZ three-way(4) shocks
- ERP multi-link rear suspension, mono balls, optional chrome molly lower
A-arms optimized for quick and accurate alignment adjustments, bump steer adjustable.
- Updated suspension pick up point (carriage supports, cross member and uprights)
- Cockpit adjustable bladed front and rear sway bars.
- Kinesis wheels(5), front 11“ x 18“ and rear 13“ x 18“
- Center lock wheel system

Brake System:
- Bosch™ race ABS
- Tilton™ dual brake master-cylinders and cockpit adjustable balance bar
- Race Technologies/ Brembo eight piston internally vented brake discs in the front, diameter 15”
- Race Technologies/ Brembo four piston internally vented brake discs in the rear, diameter 14”

Electronics:
- Complete Porsche™ GT3 RSR car harnesses configured for a Motec M800 ECU
- Motec engine management with integrated CAN-BUS data logging system
- Motec ADL dash data logging system and lap-time recording with track mapping
- Traction and launch control available as an option
